Who is responsible for student transportation? Parents responsible, assistance available for those with financial need.

Intradistrict mandatory - must maintain racial and ethnic balance as specified in court-ordered or voluntary desegregation plans or at district's discretion.
Interdistrict voluntary - sending or receiving district can prohibit if affects court-ordered or voluntary desegregation plan or racial balance of district.
